- Comment: New PUSS project, PUSS 27! This mapset is heavily influenced by Doom 2016. "Perpetual Torment is the twenty-seventh edition of the Pineapple Under the Sea Speedmapping series. Mappers were tasked with making a level in 6 hours or less using the Doom 4 in Vanilla resource pack back in May of 2023. Additional rules can be seen here on the original project thread. This project was started by Mememind but I took up duties to wrap it up and finish its compilation. I had intended to release this before the release of The Dark Ages, but I decided to play 2016 and Eternal all the way through first instead :P Strap yourself into the praetor suit once again to experience some classic styled doom carnage with a modern twist! This set contains 14 brand new levels and a stunning roster of re-imagined demons inspired by the doom reboot. This wad targets DSDA doom and has its resources compiled in wad.".
